I bought Russ Dalbey winning in the cash flow business and was not pleased with it. After I received the course I found out I had to spend more money just to get started. I wanted this course to work so bad, I didn't mind spending the extra money at first. The biggest problem I had was trying to find notes. Mr. Dalbey make it sound so easy. I spent so much time at my local courthouse searching for notes, some people thought I was working there. Out of all the notes I found, none of the people had any interest in selling them. After six months and spending hundreds of hours looking for notes, I never made a dime! My opinion, If you don't have a lot of experience in real-estate don't waste your money.
