I bought Carlton Sheets course and was not satisfied with it. To make his system work, you would need to have plenty of free time every day to spend hours driving through neighborhoods, reading real estate magazines/newspapers and talking to realtors.

I personally didn't have that much free time.

I'm sure Carlton's course works for people that are dedicated enough to do this kind of tiresome research day after day, but I don't like to work that hard for my money. My opinion, if you have the time yes!....But if you don't!...No!
